My name is Marc-Antonio Deogracias. I am a writer, concept artist, illustrator, 3D modeler and graphic designer. I am bilingual (a native speaker of both English and Spanish).
I was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1986. I am of Jamaican and Spanish descent. I grew up in Spain but moved back to the States some years ago.
I currently reside in New Jersey, where I worked as a typesetter and graphic designer in a print shop for several years before deciding to pursue my studies at Kean University on a full-time basis, and to earn my Adobe Certified Expert Professional Certificates. My work at the print shop drew on both my graphic design skills and on my abilities as an illustrator.
I am in the process of writing and illustrating the Starkrimson children’s book series (for ages 6-9) of which I have already published the first three books (available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Smashwords, iTunes).
I am also working on a joint project with fellow author/illustrator Tomasz Piosyk, an upcoming illustrated science fiction/fantasy novel series called Eterna.
I recently completed work as a visual illustrator on a 6-month contract with Verizon Wireless via Softpath System, LLC.
